Salary:                    R9 500 – R12 000 per month

Area:                      Mphumalanga - Kruger National Park

Minimum Requirements

•             Passion for the natural environment and concern for sustainability

•             Matric

•             Hotel school qualification

•             4 years’ work experience - ideally 2 years as a trainee and  in a well-recognized five star hotel or world class lodge, as an assistant manager

•             Similar experience in a 5 star environment

•             Sound knowledge of food and beverage, in particular wine, cigars and cheese

Skills and Abilities

•             Financial management skills

•             Management experience

•             Computer literate

•             Excellent attention to detail

•             Exceptional communication skills in English

Duties and Responsibilities

•             Relieves the Assistant Lodge Manager during cycle leave and performs all duties relevant to this position

•             Manage day to day operations

•             Coordination of service, wine tastings, functions etc

•             Managing stock, breakages

•             Manage staff in terms of discipline and service

•             Hosting

•             Check ins and outs
